How to return items
If you’re not happy with your purchase from ESO Decorative Plumbing, you can request a full refund or exchange.
To request a refund or exchange, send your items back to us within 30 days. We will provide return shipping labels for defective products or shipping errors.
Items for return or exchange must be unused, in their original packaging and original condition. Please include all installation hardware and the original receipt.
We cannot offer refunds, returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Custom items.
- Final sale items.
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear.
- Items shipped directly from vendor.
Fees and refunds
- If you return an item, we’ll try to refund you in the original form of payment.
- Cash or check refunds over $100 will be issued as company checks and mailed to you within 14 business days.
- Delivery, shipping and handling fees are not included in refunds.
- We cannot apply price adjustments to prior purchases.
